1. Register Yourself. Click here to enter your real estate information and sign up to receive River Dunes updates.

2. Refer a Client Print out a referral form, complete, and return via fax or email. Referral Form

3. You are protected! We check our database to make sure your client hasn't been working with our agents and then register them with you as the Referring Broker. Our agents follow up with community information. You receive updates on their interest and when they move forward at River Dunes, you receive 2.5% on homes or 3.5% on homesites. All commissions will be paid based on the net sales price on the original purchases not including the value of any upgrades, club memberships, sales incentives, or boat slips, or other amenities in the amount of:

River Dunes Home: 2.5%
