“Once we had spent a day at River Dunes, exploring the natural settings as well as the sense of community afforded by the Harbor village with its traditional architecture, we were hooked. The master plan is impressive, but what is creating the true magic is the attention to detail – the little things like the chapel, the gas lighting, and the neighborhoods where you feel right at home. We had anticipated building our own home and had already picked out a homesite in Broadwaters, but it was much more exciting to find exactly what we were looking for already under construction.”
