Lots of New Home Construction at River Dunes

The warmer weather we've been enjoying for the past few days has also benefitted the new construction going on throughout the community. One carriage home with spectacular views in the Broadwaters neighborhood is beginning to take shape, along with site prep for two other Broadwaters custom homes on the same street. By summertime, all the new neighbors should be enjoying some great block parties!

Along Harborside Road, one of the homeowners is adding a beautiful outdoor kitchen and patio. What a great spot for sipping wine, cooking steaks, and enjoying the harbor views!
