New Custom Homes are Nearly Ready
 Several custom homes are nearing completion in River Dunes' neighborhoods. The Brooks family from Northern VA will soon be moving into their beautiful home on Oyster Point. They hope to spend a lot of time at River Dunes, especially enjoying all the boating opportunities they have as members of River Dunes' Boat Club.  The Ura family, from the Raleigh area, have enjoyed staying aboard their sailboat when they spent time at River Dunes. Now, they are happy to be on the home stretch of the construction of their home on Eastcove Way. "It's certainly an exciting time for our owners when they complete their dream home here at River Dunes," commented Ed Mitchell, River Dunes president.
