New Roads and Utilities are on the Move

Beautiful Indian summer weather with mild sunny days has allowed work to continue on the construction of new roads and installation of utility infrastructure. One of the new roads will lead into the Preservation homesites, larger acreage properties located on the Neuse River and Pamlico Sound with expansive views.

Along with road construction along the Riverside, the prep work is underway for completing the paving and utilities of Ballast Point that leads into the Summer Place neighborhood on Mill Creek.
