A Few Seats Remain for Dinner with Gen. Shelton

There are only a few seats remaining for one of the most significant events at River Dunes this season. This Saturday, September 18th, General Hugh Shelton (Retired) will visit the community for an overview of a project in River Dunes' conservation area completed this summer by students in his Leadership Institute at NC State. General Shelton will also attend a wine and cheese reception at The Harbor Club at 6:15 p.m., followed by a Seafood Buffet at 6:45 ($20 plus tax and service charge). After dinner, he will open the floor for questions and answers in an informal, fireside chat format.

General Shelton served two terms as Chairman of the Joint Chiefs, under Clinton and Bush. He was chief architect of the US military response to the events of September 11, 2001. Recently, he was elected Chairman of the Board of Red Hat, a leader in enterprise Linux and computer systems management. Make reservations for this unforgettable experience by calling 800-348-7618 or 252-249-4908.
